Acceptance
By using TinyStack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Overview
TinyStack provides a suite of micro-SaaS tools including LicenseKit (license management), uptime monitoring, email tracking, feedback collection, waitlist management, testimonial walls, and changelog hosting.

Acceptable Use
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service.
- Do not use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others.

Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed through Creem.io. We do not store card information.
- Refunds available within 7 days — contact [email protected].

Termination
- You may cancel anytime from the Dashboard.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Data retained 30 days after termination then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
